Privacy Policy
Short version
Units: Ruler & Vault does not collect personal data. There is no account and no server of ours. Your vault files, patterns and keys stay on your iPhone.
The app
- Vault contents: stored encrypted on your device only. We never receive them.
- Patterns: never stored in readable form and never sent anywhere.
- Analytics and ads: none. The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
- Purchases: handled by Apple. Apple gives developers aggregated, anonymous sales and usage reports. We do not receive your name, email or payment details.
- Photos and camera access: used only when you choose to import or shoot something. Imported items are copied into your encrypted vault on the device.
The website
This website does not use cookies or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.
